The Company is certified against the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001:2004 by Bureau Veritas Certification.

The management is committed to achieve Company certification against the requirements of OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health & Safety Managemen) in the near future.

The Company (as a vessel operator/manager) and the Company-managed vessels comply with the requirements of the International Safety Management (ISM) code and are certified (DOC & SMC) by the responsible national authorities.

Assodivers Ltd. follows closely relevant IMCA guidlines and other standards,  and complies with all regulations that concern safety at sea and prevention of pollution. The company has been a member of Helmepa (Hellenic Marine Environment Protection Association) since 2004.

Assodivers has undertaken large projects nationally and globally for major electric power and telecommunication companies including Alcatel, Fulgor, Nexans, NKT, NSW, OTE, Prysmian (ex. Pirelli), PPC.
